Making the neighborhood you want to live in!
Annual General Meeting
When: March 12th
Time: 7pm
Where: AGCL Hall 12015 39A Ave

Has it been forever since you have been in the Aspen Gardens hall? Are you curious about what our plans are for the building expansion? Want wine, cheese or the chance to win a fat bike?
Our AGM this year is right where it all began for Aspen Gardens Community League at  12015 39A Avenue.

We couldn’t be more excited to show you the plans for the hall expansion and talk about ideas that you might have for how it would be utilized. We are early in the design and concept phases so we welcome suggestions and feedback.

There will be an open house with self guided tours through the hall from 6:30-9:30pm. The AGM will start at 7pm for all those that wish to be a part of the draw and hear about the hall plans in detail. Elections for empty board positions will be followed by cheering around 7:30pm. Please come out and make us cutting all the meat and cheese trays worth while!

And if that wasn’t enough to have you at meat, cheese and wine… we are doing a draw for a FAT BIKE! Anyone in attendance for the AGM with a current AGCL membership is eligible for the draw!

I can't wait to see you all there for the unveiling of the plans!

Best Wishes for this New Year

Cheers, Kim Ruff
President of your Aspen Gardens Community League
