I write about the "back-stories" of books and their authors. I investigate how a book is written and how that writing affects our reading of it. I look at how a book fits into the current canon. I'll share what I enjoy or what insights I gained, but I don't RATE them because everybody's tastes are different, and who I am to criticize another writer's work?

All the same, I enjoyed this one. Yes, it's a WONDERFUL story, but the idea that the main character understands the world through scents is a unique plot twist that I've never seen in other books.

Fragrance Smolders in the Pages of The Scent-Keeper was curated by the blogging platform, Medium, and chosen to be a piece that goes out to people interested in Books.

I'd love to hear what you think. If you read it, let me know.
