Facility needs assessment update
City council heard a presentation by Huitt-Zollars, Inc. which was an update on the process being used to develop a 20-year citywide facilities needs assessment. The staffing model and associated space projections are in the draft phase and will continue to change throughout the process. Cost estimates of the various options will be developed through this exercise but are preliminary at this time. The plan is meant to guide City Council and staff for inclusion of projects in the Capital Improvement Plan.
