A Prayer for Forgiveness
A Prayer for Forgiveness
by Jessie Hostetter

Lord, as Sister Care expands its ministry to Vietnam, they go sharing the power of Christ's love and embracing all women.

As they begin this journey, we acknowledge that our country brought huge atrocities upon the people and land of Vietnam. As American women we ask forgiveness for the pain, sorrow, loss and devastation those years impacted each of our sisters' lives. We praise God for the grace that allows us to stand together with love and acceptance.

Lord, may each sister experience your sacred spirit within her.  Help us empower each other in the ministry of your reconciling love.
