Kim Meadows has worked with WorkSource Georgia for 15 years as a Project Manager, Career Advisor, and Rapid Response Coordinator. Kim works with potential WIOA participants to identify training opportunities, as well as community agencies, training providers and organizations to implement workforce development programs and activities. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of West Georgia and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.  Also, she currently is a virtual trainer for Dynamic Works Institute where she trains job seekers, and workforce staff across the country on a variety of topics. She served on the Board of Directors of NAWDP (National Association of Workforce Development Professionals), representing Region 4 from 2016-2019.
