The North Alabama Agriplex Foundation is gearing up for its annual Harvest to Home Local Foods Dinner and Auction on August 27 at Cotton Creek in Cullman. Funds raised from the event will help support Agriplex programs, including school programs, gleaning, school gardens, community outreach, and the new teaching. Tickets

GLEANING

Local farmers play a vital role in community food security by opening their fields to gleaning organizations after the harvest. Instead of letting unmarketable or surplus crops go to waste, these growers volunteer their time and remaining produce to help feed food-insecure families. The Agriplex is a drop-off for these crops. Thank you to those who have donated.

A brand-new month means another POP Saturday at the Berlin Farmers Market - Alabama, this Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or until sold out).

Bring the kids (ages 13 & younger) to the POP (Power of Produce) Club.

Festhalle Farmers Market Sat. Aug 8th, 8-12; visit Agriplex staff. Otherwise every Saturdays 8-12 through October 3rd.
