Who should join Master Swimming? 

Anyone 18 years of age or greater that wants to improve their swimming, have a great work out or just have fun swimming! You should have a basic ability of Freestyle stroke also known as the front crawl. Being able to swim 25 yards (1 pool length) or more is preferred. Beyond that, Master Swimming is many different things to many different people. Some people are looking for a regimented workout. Some to be motivated by a coach to push harder, swim faster and improve their stroke techniques. Some swimmers are there to maintain their fitness levels. Many swimmers just enjoy the comradery of being a part of a Team. For those interested in more than just the work outs, there is a US Master Swimming that you can join and participate in official swim meets. These meets occur locally as well as all over the country. There is also a National Championship.
Whether you want to compete, improve your fitness, maintain your fitness, or just come have fun swimming, Master Swimming can be just the right thing for you! Come try out a few workouts and see what you think!

Monday - Friday | All 4 lanes will be available for Lap Swimming reservations during all business hours, with exceptions of programming.

Saturday & Sunday | Only lane 4 will be available for lap swimming reservations. Lanes 1-3 will be available during all business hours for "Open Swim", with exceptions of programming. No reservations are required in lane 1-3.
*There will be no lifeguard on duty during Open Swim.

Intermediate Pickleball Dinking Clinic- with Positive Dinking
While it may look slow and simple, dinking is more like a chess match when used by advanced players. Consistency, strategy, and patience are key to winning rallies at the line. Mo and Reine from Positive Dinking will be here to teach you proper dinking footwork, stroke mechanics, the difference between offensive and defensive dinks, the best targets to force errors, and how to carefully choose your moment to speed things up! Instruction, drills, and fun mini games are included in this 2 hour clinic.

Hello Rollingwood Family,

We have had a fantastic Summer at the Pool. Even with this crazy COVID year. We managed to pull together a small group of about 80 youth swimmers to maintain our great tradition of the Rollingwood Rockets Swim Team. This season was in constant change, but we managed to have multiple swim meets and attend a Championship Invitational Meet. 
Our swimmers continue to amaze me in their growth and development in the sport. Each meet they continued to break their personal records, all the way up to the Championships. Our Team came in 5th out of 13 teams. Which is really good considering we started the meet with 42 swimmers on day one and lost 14 swimmers on day 2, due to the meet being changed (the day before) from a one day to a two-day meet. We also had 3 swimmers place in the individual high point awards. Most importantly we had FUN! Thank you to all of the lap swimmers whose schedule we have disrupted for the season. Please enjoy the peace and quiet of the lanes once again!

We will be continuing our swim program with Stroke Clinics on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00-7:00 pm. These 3, 1-hour clinics, will be split by age and ability of the swimmers. Information can be found on the Club website, or you can inquire at the front desk. We will also be attempting to attend 1 meet per month during the off season, based on availability of the meets. These clinics are great for improving strokes, learning additional strokes and maintaining fitness.

Looking to prepare for high school tennis, or go from JV to Varsity? Learn valuable fundamentals in this twice a week clinic to take your game to the next level. As you improve your game other opportunities will open up at the club; like UTR match play and tournaments, our junior competitive program, and private lessons for those looking to make even more accelerated improvements.

Kids Bootcamp is designed to challenge your kid’s fitness through a mixture of fun obstacle courses, strength and cardio intervals, and dynamic fitness games. Our fitness coaches will use appropriate tools and techniques to make this program a fun and safe way for children to develop the athlete in them!

"This Order directs that face coverings shall be worn, regardless of vaccination status, over the mouth and nose, in all indoor public settings, venues, gatherings, and workplaces..."
