Your BIA Riverside Chapter Update: April 2025

I hope everyone’s year is off to a great start and that you're staying busy and well as we head into the spring season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Golf Tournament. It was a sold-out event and a huge success—an enjoyable day of networking and friendly competition. Earlier this month, we met with Riverside County Supervisor Jose Medina to discuss key issues affecting housing and development in the region. It was a productive conversation focused on shared goals and opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

We also have a number of events coming up this spring and summer—networking mixers, policy forums, and more, including our BIA Coachella Valley Chapter Meet the Builder, Housing Panel & Elected Official Reception Presented by Outfront Media on May 1st and our BIASC Inland Empire 2025 Mid-Year Economic Update with Scott Wild on May 8th.
