To ensure we make the most of your sponsorship, we need a few things from you. Please provide the requested materials by Tuesday, March 26.

• reserved table with eight (8) tickets to the event
• half-page ad in digital event program
• recognition during event
• logo on sponsor banner
• marketing materials displayed in entryway

• high-resolution logo for the sponsor banner
• 4.5" wide by 3.5" high (half-page) color ad for the program Please let us know by Monday, March 25 if you'd like us to design it for you.

TICKETS

If your organization is unable to attend or will have unused tickets, please let us know so we can adjust table assignments and catering numbers.

ENTRYWAY DISPLAYS

You're invited to place your business cards, brochures, or promotional items on the designated silver-level sponsor table in the foyer. Please let us know if you would like to participate. Materials should be in place by 5:30 pm.

DOOR PRIZES

If you plan to bring a door prize, please let us know.
