On behalf of our Board of Directors, we'd like to thank those of you that voted in our Board of Directors Election and Proposed Bylaw Change, THANK YOU!
There were 5,098 REALTOR® members eligible to vote. Our Bylaws require 10% of the members to sign in for the vote, which would be 510 REALTOR® members. We are pleased to announce that we met our quorum to do business with 14% of members signing in to vote.
We have three (3) vacancies on the Board to fill with this election and six (6) candidates. Many thanks to the members who allowed their names to be placed on the Ballot, those members were:

- Veronica Selivanova Spiridon
- Stephanie Stepp
- Rose Street
Congratulations to the following three (3) candidates who have been elected to serve 3-year terms as a member of your Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors:

In addition, the membership was presented with a proposed Bylaw change. We had 684 members vote in favor of the proposed Bylaw change and 32 vote against the proposed change. Based on the Bylaw vote results, the Bylaw change has been adopted.
In accordance with the Association Bylaws, the Board of Directors met on September 7, 2022, and the following 2023 Officers have been elected:
