SWOT Reviews and Strategic Planning 2018
The beginning of the new year is the perfect time for a SWOT analysis - a review of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This will allow you to determine where your business is in comparison to the strategic plan you established at the beginning of the year. Use this to realign 2017 results with 2018 planning so your company can stay the course for continued growth and profit.

The new year is a great time to review prior year results and look forward. Future plans might include your strategic initiatives such as sales strategies, product launches, people, processes and technology that will be required for your company's success. It is additionally the perfect opportunity to thank those who supported last year’s outcomes - clients, employees and shareholders, and prepare everyone for the opportunities of 2018.

Reserve one of the SBC state-of-the-art conference rooms for your 2018 goal setting or SWOT sessions! What a great way to start off the year!
