NEW to 2021: Member Memo is when we sit down with a Chamber member and ask them questions about their business and about their personal life so you can know them better!

We interviewed Stefanie Knight with Sweet Life Photography. Stefanie shares how she turned a fun hobby into a fun career and how she helps teens see themselves with confidence!
In this video, Clay & Alana Mintz of Mintz Machine tell us how they started a new business in the midst of a pandemic and the one thing you may not know about land clearing!

MEET THE CHAMBER DIPLOMATS!
Chamber Diplomats learn how to be of service to others by learning leadership skills, learning about various local businesses, and establishing a local network for letters of recommendations and possible access to scholarships.

Diplomats act as a representative of the Sylacauga Chamber at various Chamber events and have the opportunity to job shadow and learn more about career pathways of interest.

This is the first year of this new program established and organized by the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce. This program was created to enrich and guide the future leaders of our workforce and connect these young leaders with a network of professional guidance during their high school career.
The students chosen for this program have to be a current Sophomore or Junior in a high school in south Talladega County and be in good standing with at least a 3.0 GPA. The students also had to go through an interview process.

This month, we introduce two of our Chamber Diplomats, Alyssa Miller and Madison White.
