Your CMA (AAMA) Certification Will Expire June 30, 2021

Dear CMA (AAMA),

Please be aware that the Certifying Board of the AAMA will not be extending certifications beyond June 30, 2021.

If you do not recertify by this date, your credential will be expired, and you will have 90 days to recertify by continuing education. After those 90 days, you will need to recertify by exam.

Visit the AAMA website for more information:
Digital Badges Now Available!

The Certifying Board of the AAMA is now offering digital badging to CMAs (AAMA)®! This cutting-edge technology allows CMAs (AAMA) to securely—and quickly—share their credential across the web, on résumés, in email signatures, and via social media outlets to celebrate and validate their achievements.

If you recertify on or after June 1, 2021, you will receive a digital badge instead of a paper certificate. But you can print a wallet card or certificate themselves directly from the BadgeCert website. Visit the Digital Badges webpage for more details.
