Greetings Beloved Friends!
It was so wonderful to see so many of you at our New Building Blessing on June 19th. How good it was to come together at our new building to blessed and celebrate the beginning our new community home. We are so excited to see what is unfolding in our community.
New Building Update
We have completed the purchase of our new building and received the deed to it. Our contractor is in the process of securing the necessary permits to begin the construction of our interior space. We will keep you updated as it progresses.
We have a couple of enhancements to the construction of our new building that we are asking for special contributions. Since these two items fall outside of our general construction costs, we have established a special fundraising program.
First, we have decided to create a beautiful indoor labyrinth in the floor of our main room. It will be constructed of durable luxury vinyl tile that has been laser-cut into our labyrinth pattern. Our second special fundraiser is to outfit our classroom for our youth and young adults. This will include buying all of the necessary furniture and equipment to enhance the experience for all who use these rooms. Upcoming Events
We have a couple of wonderful workshops scheduled for this month. We have an updated and enhanced Vision Board Experience with Kelli Marshall, RScP on July 17th at the Enterprise Library. We’re excited to welcome back a couple of our favorite guest speakers, Revs. Melissa Phillippe and Z Egloff at the end of the month. They’ll be presenting a fabulous workshop on the Enneagram: The Enneagram Experience on July 30th on Zoom. More information about these workshops can be found in our eblast, newsletter, and website.
In-person Service
We will be hosting our next in-person service at our new building on August 20, 2022 at 9:00 AM. The location is 4080 Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Please bring a folding chair with you if you have one available and maybe an extra chair to share with someone if you have more than one.
