On Thursday, November 17, 2022, the California Coastal Commission will be hearing and considering Application No. 9-20-0603 by California American Water to allow for the construction and operation of the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project in Monterey County. The hearing will be conducted in a hybrid format, with public participation possible virtually and in person. The meeting will be held at: Monterey County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 168 West Alisal St., 1st Floor, Salinas, CA.

CalDesal strongly encourages the submittal of support letters for the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project. All comments must be received by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, November 11, 2022, to be distributed to all members of the Coastal Commission.
