CalDesal October Newsflash
ATTENTION RO users, operators, influencers, design & engineering firms:
Noria Water Technologies, a CalDesal Associate, a is a sensor/instrumentation and software company doing pioneering work in Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane monitoring. The technology has its roots at UCLA, which introduced RO to the world. Traditionally, RO systems (industrial or municipal) rely on indirect means to assess RO membrane fouling. These are either measuring flow changes, conductivity, or pressure changes. Noria has developed a sensor utilizing machine vision and is using cloud-based analytics to measure and predict RO membrane fouling.

Noria Water is a recipient of a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant and are reaching out to industry experts to better understand the opportunity for improving RO membrane or plant performance.

If you would you be willing to participate in a 15-20 minutes interview to share your thoughts on the RO industry, challenges, operational issues and current solutions please contact: Aseem Sharma Aseem.sharma@noriawater.com or Greg Pawin greg@noriawater.com. They can both be reached at (424) 372-3000.
