Dear Students,
We are excited to welcome you to CapU in a few short weeks for the Fall 2023 term!
As you are successfully registered for classes in your first term, your next step is to obtain your CapCard Student ID. Your CapCard is your official student identification card and provides you access to various spaces and student services on campus.
We encourage you to request your CapCard Student ID via email before you arrive on campus as wait times to have your ID Photograph taken can reach up to 2 hours during peak periods. We recommend that you submit your email request to CapCard@capilanou.ca before Monday, August 21st, 2023 to ensure that your CapCard is available for pick-up during the first week of the Fall 2023 Term (September 5th to 8th).
How do I get my CapCard ID?
You may request your CapCard Student ID by emailing CapCard@capilanou.ca and include the following information:
- First Name, Last Name
- 9-Digit CapU Student ID Number
- A Scan/Digital Copy of Government Issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, BCID, etc.)
- A clear digital headshot/ID photo (NO: filters, Non-Religious Head/Face Covers)
