Welcome to Cap-to-Cap 2024! We are less than one month away from touchdown in D.C., when all of the hard work and planning by team leads, Chamber staff, and each of you will translate into a united and outstanding voice of advocacy for our region.
This year’s program promises record attendance, a new advocacy team focused on Wildfire, and the energy of advocates from six counties joining together in support of our region’s priorities. Our teams are impressive and the issue papers are impactful.
The Chamber and volunteer leadership are here to support each of you and to ensure that this year’s program is exceptional. Get ready for connecting and celebrating with colleagues, savoring the ambience of our nation’s capital, and bringing home some wins for the Sacramento Region.

Reserve your black tie attire for the Legacy Gala at Jos A. Bank or Mens Warehouse, located just minutes from The Mayflower Hotel. First-time Cap-to-Cap attendees are encouraged to attend our Freshmen Orientation on Friday, April 5 from 8:30 am - 10 am at Golden 1 Credit Union HQ located at 8945 Cal Center Drive, in Sacramento. We will run through all the "need to know" information to ensure you're ready to make the most of this year's program. There is ample parking available around the building.
Packet pick-up will be Monday, April 8th - Friday, April 12th at 400 Capitol Mall, Suite 2500. Packets will include relevant program information, travel documents, name tags and more.
