Participating in a traineeship with an EU institution is an excellent way to consolidate and expand professional skills and knowledge while learning about the inner workings of a specific EU body. The 2018-19 round of the Professional Skills Program (PSP) for CEU doctoral students beyond their first year of studies will open with a series of three-hour workshops focused on job search strategies and on writing effective job applications, both for academic and non-academic purposes. Ajay Markanday is a senior economist with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations. He has worked extensively in multiple international organizations in over twenty countries in Asia, the Pacific and Africa.  In his open lecture he will talk about the UN and other multilateral organizations and possible careers in these organizations.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will host a webinar on preparing for competency-based interviews. International Innovation Corps (IIC) is accepting applications  for its India Based Project Associate Program. The position is open for recent and forthcoming graduates of any undergraduate or graduate degree program with excellent English proficiency. Deadline: January 28, 2019
