WINDOVER NAMES LEADERS IN SOUTH CAROLINA TEAM

Windover recently announced its exciting next chapter of growth with its first official geographic expansions into the Carolinas. The most recent announcement named the team that’s leading that growth from the new office in Charleston, S.C.
Jason MacPherson, LEED AP, will serve as Project Executive for the South Carolina office. With nearly 30 years in the construction industry—more than half at Windover—Jason brings steady, people-first leadership to complex residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Known for his hands-on, solution-oriented approach, Jason combines practical field insight with clear communication to build trust and create lasting value for clients and stakeholders.
Chris Pellegrini was named Manager of Preconstruction for South Carolina. Chris brings a well-rounded background in preconstruction and project management from his time at Windover, as well as prior experience in real estate and property management. He partners closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to develop accurate budgets, assess constructability, and guide projects from early planning through delivery.
After helping drive Windover’s success in New England, Jason and Chris are excited to lead its growth in the Lowcountry, collaborating with clients, designers, and trade partners to shape spaces that elevate the region and celebrate Charleston’s distinct identity.

JD WORKS TO HOST BUILDER SPOTLIGHT

Join JD Works as they present "Craftmanship in Focus" featuring A&A Building and Remodeling on Tuesday, June 16, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with virtual or in-person options (90 Park St., Beverly).
The presentation will include a technical walkthrough on proper waterproofing, flashing and HEN window installation best practices. Learn how the A&A Building Team approaches project coordination and installation planning. This program is free and all are welcome.
