Striking the right balance between professionalism and personal style boosts confidence and sets you apart. Aricia Symes will offer hands-on fashion advice for today’s working woman. Watch Aricia dress our THRIVE “model” volunteers in professional, practical clothes and accessories that we all can wear. 

In addition, learn about THRIVE CLOSET, a partnership with Beverly Bootstraps, where women in need can find donated professional clothing. Attendees may bring a gently used item to donate to the THRIVE Closet.

SALEM FIVE OFFERS SMALL BUSINESS EVENT ON FEDERAL UPDATES

Salem Five invites all to a free Small Business Community Event focused on key federal updates on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 10 a.m. to noon at 201 Essex St., Salem.

Representatives from the Internal Revenue Service and the Small Business Administration will provide valuable insights into how the legislation may impact small businesses and what steps you can take now to prepare.

FREE MORNING OF PLAY AT CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

The North Shore Children's Museum will offer a free play session Saturday, Jan. 17, from 9 a.m. to noon at 10 Main St., Peabody.

Members may reserve their tickets in advance. Free walk-in tickets for non-members will be available at the museum on Jan. 17 on a first-come, first-served basis (space is limited). This event is made possible by the generous support of Pediatric Urgent Care.

The Hundred Club of Massachusetts, Inc., was founded in 1959 with a vision of creating an organization that would support the families of firefighters and police officers killed in the line-of-duty. Today, the Hundred Club's promise extends to the families of police officers and firefighters in Massachusetts who have lost their lives, regardless of the circumstances. In the event of a tragic loss, The Hundred Club offers immediate financial support for the surviving spouse and children.
