This year's Minuteman Service Award will be presented to Lt Colonel (Ret.) Dick and Christine Moody, founders of Operation Troop Support. This Danvers-based nonprofit has shipped more than 1.5 million care packages to troops all over the world.

Keynote Speaker Kris Paronto was part of the elite security team guarding the CIA annex during the 2012 Benghazi attack. His story is captured in the book and movie “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.” Paronto will offer a firsthand account of what happened on the ground during the 2012 Benghazi attack.

WENHAM MUSEUM HOSTS VETERANS CELEBRATION

Wenham Museum will host "Honoring Heroes: A Veterans Day Celebration" on Tuesday, Nov. 11, featuring a full day of family-friendly programming that honors those who have served.
The event will include military history exhibits, a Smithsonian poster exhibition, a children’s book reading, restored vintage U.S. Army trucks, and live music by Rock N’ Rumble.
Admission is free for veterans and active military families.
