The Center for Health and Integrative Medicine at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital is hosting a Multi-Chamber Open House on Monday, Dec. 5 from 5:00-7:00 pm. Enjoy refreshments and an experiential tour to learn about the benefits of Integrative Medicine, including: Mindfulness sessions, Chair Yoga, Auricular Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Chair Massage.

COVID-19 vaccine appointments for anyone five years and older are now being accepted at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, 450 W. Hwy. 22 in Barrington. Anyone 6 months old and up can get vaccinated. Booster shots are also available to anyone 5 years and older who received both doses of the Pfizer, Moderna vaccine five months ago, or the Johnson & Johnson vaccine two months ago. A second booster shot is available for people 50 and older and immunocompromised people 12 and older four months after their first booster shot. Those seeking appointments do not need to be patients of the hospital.
