New Web Site Launch Powered By The City of Fort Lauderdale

Get ready for a new Chamber website and back-office system. Next week, we will launch our new and improved web site, powered by the City of Fort Lauderdale. You will also be able to register for access to your account and member portal. The new operating system is called Growth Zone. 

Once you're logged in, you'll see the many benefits of the Member Center includes:

• Member Directory - Maintain your contact information for the member and public directories.
• Resources - Gain access to key sites, documents and other member-only information.
• Events - Register for our upcoming events.
• Career Center - Share job postings and increase your recruiting power.

• Hot Deals - Add online coupons and take advantage of deals offered by other members.
• News & Blog - Submit news or blog posts to share with members and/or the public.
• Referrals - Refer new members to our association to help their business grow.
• Email Lists - Subscribe and receive regular communication from us.
• Councils/Committees - Increase your involvement in our Chamber by participating on a Council/Committee.
• Forum - Network with others by exchanging information, sharing resources, ideas, and more.

The recent Social Impact Breakfast featured insightful DEI panelists who shared valuable experiences and advice on implementing effective DEI initiatives.

Primary Care Physician Corey Burns, D.O. Joins Holy Cross Medical Group

Corey Burns, D.O. has joined Holy Cross Medical Group, a multi-specialty physician employed group of more than 130 physicians providing services throughout Broward County, as a primary care physician.

Dr. Burns recently completed his three-year family medicine residency at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach, a 678-bed hospital that provides major medical and surgical services, including comprehensive stroke and cardiac care services, to Flagler and Volusia counties in Florida. He previously tutored and mentored first and second year medical students, as well as middle and high school students in math and science.

Dr. Burns graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Business and Leadership from the Halmos College of Natural Sciences and Oceanography at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine at NSU. He was the recipient of the NSU President’s Faculty Research and Development Award that enabled him to research the immune reactivity to gluten in patients with rheumatoid arthritis....Click Here for Full Story
