Chamber Leadership Sets Course for Future | |
|
Chamber leaders met recently to discuss the strategic focus of the organization at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach. Chair of the Board Jack Seiler led the session to review mission and vision along with an analysis of our top 10 values and a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
“We are focused on member-centric values that will enhance the experience of
joining and renewing our Chamber,” said Seiler. “Relationships, connectivity, leadership, inclusiveness, respect, trust, integrity, opportunity, ownership and accountability speak to the culture we embrace in 2023.” The bedrock work and review at the retreat will stand as a cornerstone for future programming thrusts. Key to future growth will be enhanced communications and marketing along with more value-added services
