Greater Fort Lauderdale is Booming!

On Wednesday, February 22, The Chamber's Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center 113th Annual Meeting presented by FPL and Truist was a huge success! Thank you to our many sponsors—we couldn't have done it without them. It was an honor to have welcoming remarks from Congressman Jared Moskovitz and our featured guest speaker JetBlue Chief Financial Officer Ursula Hurley. Congratulations to honorees:

Power Players Sunset Cruise Sets Sail!

Members of the Chamber were guests at the YMCA & Milner Yacht VIP Event on February 22. Board Chairman, Tom McMahon, his company Milner, set sails on his “one of a kind” Milner Yacht. A fun evening with Sheryl A. Woods, President/CEO, Aimee Fretell, and Wanda Figueroa to name a few. What a special evening as we learned more about the YMCA while strengthening our partnership.

2023 Downtowner of the Year

The Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce presents the annual Downtowner of the Year event on Friday, March 31, from 11:30am to 1:30pm, at the Downtown Event Center at First Baptist Fort Lauderdale. This year's honoree is Eugenia Duncan Ellis, President/CEO, Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. Sponsorships are available and tickets are available now. Previously known as the Non-Profit Council, please join the newly named Social Impact Council for their Impact Breakfast, an activity-filled presentation and engaging discussion on "The Power of Civic Participation," as we continue to create social good. Chairman's Circle & Trustee Reception

Chairman's Circle and Trustees are invited to a reception at PLA Sports Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel on Thursday, March 2 at 5:30pm. Guests will be treated to light bites and sips, while building connections withour high-level investors and directors from our Chamber Board. This event is EXCLUSIVE to Chairman's Circle, Trustee investors and Board of Director members only. All attendees must register due to limited capacity.
