Janet Granger

Janet Granger, a marketing strategist, author, and speaker, served for three years as the Chair of the Branding & Marketing Council for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. In as much, she was on the Chamber Board of Directors and Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Marine Advisory, Technology, Rising Leaders and Membership Councils. 

Janet has been a true leader in the Chamber, said Michael Goldstein, outgoing Chair of Technology Council. She always made herself available to me and others for advice and questions. You can count on Janet to tell you like it is and provide an unbiased analysis. I worked closely with her during the downtimes of the pandemic and she was truly the driving force for developing new marketing ideas and strategies for the Chamber. JetBlue’s Chief Financial Officer and president of its foundation will be headlining a cavalcade of business leaders at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Annual meeting on February 22, 11:30 am at the Signature Grand in Davie, FL.

“We are pleased Ursula Hurley has accepted our invitation to speak at our annual meeting and look forward to recognizing award winners as we install the 2023 Board of Directors,” said Jack Seiler, chair of the Board of Directors.

The Terry Stiles South Florida Business Leader of the Year, the Carolyn M. Michaels, IOM, Leadership Award and chair awards will be announced.

Over 50 Chamber Trustees and guests attended a reception at Ocean Land Investments last week as part of their exclusive programming.

“Hosting Trustees and Chairman’s Circle investors of the Chamber is an honor,” said Jean Francois Roy, founder and CEO of Ocean Land Investments. 

Trustees heard from chairman of the Board Jack Seiler and president and CEO Dan Lindblade, CAE, about current events including, attainable housing legislation, transportation initiatives in Broward County, Governor DeSantis’ $115 billion budget with $100 million proposed for Visit Florida, and a host of other issues.
