Broward Partnership: Empowering Lives, Rebuilding Hope, and Reducing Homelessness

Construction is nearly complete for Seven on Seventh, an affordable residential apartment community in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

This project by The Broward Partnership will provide 72 units of housing for

low-income and formerly homeless individuals and families.

This mixed-use development will offer amenities like a fitness center and library, providing more than just housing—it's a pathway to stability and hope,

and a place to call home.

Broward Health Unveils

Cutting-Edge Robotic Surgery

Broward Health Medical Center's Lillian S. Wells Women's Center celebrated the acquisition of the groundbreaking da Vinci Single-Port Surgical System. As the first of its kind in Broward, this advanced robotic system revolutionizes throat and neck surgeries with a less invasive approach, helping patients

resume normal activities sooner.

CareerSource Broward Flood Disaster Grant:

$1M Funding for Recovery Efforts

CareerSource Broward has received a $1 million grant from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity to support flood recovery efforts. Temporary workers will be provided to assist with humanitarian aid, clean-up, repairs, and restoration activities.

Public buildings and non-profit organizations can benefit from the funds in multiple ways, including repairs to damaged facilities, workforce support, and assistance with home restoration. Broward County Transit

Launches Premium Mobility Plan

Broward County Transit has unveiled its ambitious Premium Mobility Plan (PREMO), an extensive initiative aimed at revolutionizing transportation in Broward County.

With over 200 miles of new premium transit services, the plan will enhance connectivity, boost economic development, and offer residents and visitors diverse multimodal transit options. PREMO includes commuter rail, light rail transit, bus rapid transit, and high-frequency bus service, spanning key corridors throughout the county.
