Introducing the Kelowna Chamber Business Academy

We’re excited to launch the Kelowna Chamber Business Academy - a new learning hub built for local business owners, employers, and teams who want practical skills they can apply immediately.

The Academy is designed to be useful, actionable, and grounded in real business realities - with training that strengthens fundamentals, builds capacity, and helps businesses grow with confidence.

Our first offering is a hands-on workshop series (can be taken as individual sessions, or whole series) focused on marketing systems + AI workflows.

This is a practical series for business owners/ employees to simplify marketing strategy, set up repeatable AI workflows, and build sustainable systems. These are working sessions - not seminars: you’ll apply frameworks to your business and leave with a tangible deliverable and clear next steps.

Each session blends a short framework-based presentation (20–30 minutes), live demos where applicable, and guided working time with small-group consultation.

Open to members & non-members.

Okanagan College Workplace Skills Development Survey

According to the 2025 BC Labour Market Outlook, the Thompson-Okanagan will need to fill more than 110,000 jobs over the next 10 years. Local employers will need workers who posses the most in-demand skills to meet this need.

Okanagan College has partnered with the BC Labour Market Report to conduct a survey of local employers on the skills, sectors and competencies that will most support this transition. We're asking all local employers to share their insights into this in our 'Okanagan College Workplace Skills Development Survey'.

Travel to the Highlands of Scotland with the Kelowna Chamber on June 16 for an immersive group tour featuring breathtaking scenery, rich history, and curated experiences across Scotland’s most celebrated destinations.
