The Office of Economic Development hosted their quarterly "Coffee & Collab" with about 50 attendees. The event focused on gratitude for OED partners!

The Santa Fe Teen Center will be open for extended hours during the two-week school holiday break so that all teens have a place to go during the day.

The Historic Preservation Division has received a $24,000 grant from the state for a technical assistance program, in collaboration with the Historic Santa Fe Foundation (HSFF) and Habitat for Humanity, in support of HSFF's new "Endangered Properties Program."

The Santa Fe Fire Department will graduate 7 cadets from their 36th Academy on Monday, Dec. 18.

The Northern New Mexico Toy Drive (sponsored by the City) has collected 3,257 toys for local youth so far this holiday season!

The Office of Records Custodians has gotten approval on funding to hire two more staff members, which will provide much-needed support for processing IPRA requests.

A FEW MORE HIGHLIGHTS

✓  The Arts & Culture Department has selected five recipients for their "Art is the Solution" grant program.

✓  The Santa Fe Police Department is conducting ENDWI Sobriety Checkpoints and Saturation Patrols in December to educate drivers and promote safety.

✓  The Santa Fe Public Library will host free Winter Reading programming for children, teens, and adults, with lots of fun prizes!

✓  All BARS for unanticipated FY23 GRT revenue passed at last night's Governing Body meeting, securing funding for a host of key projects.
