My name is Claire-Anne Gutekunst, I am your new Membership Committee person. My husband and I moved to CHCA 14 years ago and it has been a fantastic neighborhood to raise our two daughters and make friends.
Please join us as a CHCA Member by paying a $25 annual membership which covers the following:

Neighborhood Halloween Party (this will be replaced by a different activity this year due to the unforeseen pandemic and social distancing needs).

Spring Party Game Day each year (had to be cancelled this year).

Scavenger Hunts and Movie Nights on occasion.
- Promote ways for neighbors to meet each other - both virtually and in person.

Maintenance and support our neighborhood's Facebook page and its e-newsletter.

Maintenance of CHCA website that helps us advertise ourselves to local elected officials and other neighborhood groups.

Support neighborhood plantings and beautification.
- Honor our high school graduates with banners each year.
- Represent neighbor concerns to local leaders and work to achieve solutions.
- Support our local schools through our community education efforts.
