Annual Fees via ACH

On May 3, the CoAEMSP Annual Accreditation Fee invoice will be emailed to all Program Directors.

We are working diligently with all programs to streamline payment processes and ensure that Annual Accreditation Fees are processed on time. As an ongoing proactive effort for this year’s Annual Accreditation Fee cycle, we are encouraging electronic payment/ACH. This will establish your program to send electronic payments for all future invoices, avoid the costs of sending paper checks, and eliminate the incurrence of Additional Processing Fees (APF), which removes important instructional funds for educating Paramedics when they are needed more than ever! As a reminder, credit cards are not accepted.

Please contact Michelle Esquivel ([email protected]) for assistance to establish an ACH transaction with CoAEMSP.

You are invited to contact Michelle with any questions regarding conversion to ACH or our other payment options. OUR goal is to eliminate APFs completely. Please help us help your program retain all the important educational funds where they are needed most.

Where Emergency Care Begins

EMS Week, May 21-27, 2023

Our organization acknowledges the important role of EMS professionals in our country. We celebrate WHERE EMERGENCY CARE BEGINS and those individuals who help their communities 24/7/365. We support the EMS Week campaign because we believe in educating the public and stakeholders about prehospital medicine and the services provided by EMS. And there’s no better time to honor the accomplishments of EMS professionals than during EMS Week. We want to recognize those who serve and help to promote camaraderie among every EMS team in every community nationwide.

ABOUT EMS WEEK

Produced by the American College of American Physicians (ACEP), in partnership with the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), this national EMS Week is designed to celebrate, unite, and inspire the men and women of EMS 365 days a year.

CoAEMSP is a proud supporter of EMS Week.
