It's here! Our technology enhancement begins Thursday, December 5. If you haven't already, please take a moment to  refer to the letter we sent detailing major services. Although debit cards are expected to work during the transition period, we suggest having an alternative form of payment just in case. All-new d igital banking will be fully restored on Monday, December 9. (Login instruction below.) If you have any questions, please give us a call. 20th Street Location Updates
NM 20th Street location demolition  
Please be aware that demolition of our 20th Street location in Farmington is underway. Service is provided out of our on-site mobile unit, and the drive thru is available. Please take notice of the new curb-cut entrance on 20th.

NM Saturday branch location change notice
Our East Main Street branch will be open Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during the construction of the new 20th Street location. 
Community News: Around the Four Corners 
Thank you La Plata County Humane Society for hosting a great Bark and Wine fundraising event. (They could use some additional financial help with the new dog kennels in 2020!) Thank you, LPCHS, for loving and caring for so many of our furry friends in their time of need.

*Our Help Desk (855.547.3222) will be available during the following hours: 
12.7: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 
12.9-12.11: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
12.12-12.13: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Action required:  NEW digital banking login procedures
1. The first time you log in after 12.9, your username will remain the same. 
2. Your password will be your username followed by the last four digits of your Social Security number. For example, for username joedemo , the initial password is joedemo1234. 
3. You'll be prompted to reset your password, determine three multifactor authentication challenge questions, and confirm or enter your email address upon initial login. 
*Digital banking is expected to be available late morning, December 9. 
Action required:  Mobile banking 
Apple users  will see an update for the already-installed app, and need to allow it to update, starting December 9. 

Android users must uninstall the current app, go to the Play Store, and re-install the new Four Corners Community Bank app, starting December 9.
