Our Mission Statement:

“To enrich community spirit through educational, cultural, and social gatherings in our historic Community House.”

The Sanibel Community Association is happy to report no significant storm damage due to Hurricane Milton. Because of this, we are able to donate our space to FISH of SanCap, which is using The Sanibel Community House as a designated PopUp Point of Distribution for the Community.

FISH of SanCap will be set up at the Community House daily to provide you with all the essentials!

Cleaning Supplies, Water, Baby Food, Pet Food, Food Pantry, Ice, Bagels, Donuts, Hot Meals provided by World Central Kitchen, Air Conditioning, WIFI, Laptop Computers, Printers, Fans to Rent and more!

Walk-up Volunteers are being accepted daily at the Community House to aid in the recovery after Hurricane Milton. Please inquire by calling FISH at 239-472-4775 or email info@fishofsancap.org.

If you need a break, a place to connect to the internet, or would like to stop in to say "hello", our doors are open, and we are here for you! We are open weekdays, Monday through Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm. Stop in to see the magnificent artwork we have hanging in our Autumn Showcase, all created by local artists from the Sanibel-Captiva Art League!

We are a resilient community, and together we will move forward.

Get ready to kick off the fall season with a bang at our Fall Festival on Friday, October 25th, from 4 PM to 6 PM! It's an afternoon packed with all the autumn vibes you could want! Bring the whole family for a whirlwind of games, prizes, face painting by Heather Paints!, and yummy treats like cider and donuts that'll make your taste buds dance! 🎊 Make sure to see the special guest appearance by CROW’s animal ambassadors and make a shell creation with The Original Shell Crafters. We will also have a Community Bake Sale organized by Sally Kirkland.

Don’t forget to grab a family photo at our special spot and show off your creativity in our costume contest for a chance to win some cool giveaways! Plus, we’re teaming up with The Shack to serve up a delicious signature Community House custard flavor that you won’t want to miss! Let’s make this a Fall Festival to remember, Sanibel!
