Let’s face it….You rely on your computer, and technology more often today than ever before.
As part of our on-going support for our customers, more often than not, a diagnostic review of the computer should be accomplished first.

• This will let you know the health of your computer. The technician will evaluate security, antivirus status, and system performance.
• We will suggest options to resolve any issues. We provide expert advice on necessary repairs and/or optimization. That would be the next step for your computer (we offer a flat fee for this)
• If a new purchase is on the horizon, we offer consultation with you on choices. NOTE: There is a flat fee to set up a new computer, move your data from the old to the new device, and software installations, etc.
A diagnostic review includes:
- Is your anti-virus protection current? Recommendations if not.
- Running an anti-virus check….letting you know what is found
- Checking for corruption in files
- Scanning your hard drive for error and reporting the errors
- If your computer is over 5 years old…discussing options
Once the diagnostic is accomplished, we can discuss resolving any issues.
NOTE: we offer a flat rate for services such as virus removal, data back up, software updates and installations, and hardware repairs.
Your computer needs to be left at our Framingham office for the diagnostic. Also, if any passwords are involved, you would need to furnish that information.
