If you have reserved your stay at South Seas Island Resort, please call their Reservations Team at (866) 565-5089 to cancel your stay. Please be patient with their team; their reservation system is currently experiencing interruptions.

RCRA has various room types on block just for our conference attendees! Choose from various villas that have one to three bedrooms. To make room reservations, call (866) 841-0287, and please mention the Resort and Commercial Recreation Association 2022 to book in our block. You can also book online and utilize Group Booking Code RCRA22. Please use the button below for the booking link.

These special discounted rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after the conference dates, if you'd like to make a vacation out of your visit!

The cutoff date for room reservations is 10/17/2022.

To Our Valued Members of RCRA, 

The Resort and Commercial Recreation Association (RCRA) is a non-profit organization made up of professionals, students, educators, vendors and all others dedicated to delivering services in the recreation industry. We are committed to providing and promoting professional development, creative resources, and networking. This year the RCRA Board of Directors (BOD) has the distinct honor to host the 41st Annual RCRA National Conference at the beautiful Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa. The BOD and committees are diligently working on making this year’s conference truly an amazing event. Mark your calendar to help us Seas the Day beginning Saturday, November 5, 2022. 

One of our continued goals through RCRA is to enhance involvement and growth opportunities for all. To support this goal, the Ways and Means Committee is seeking property donation prizes from our membership for our annual auction. We are specifically looking for accommodation packages for two or more nights. We are collecting prizes for a live auction that will take place during our gala Monday evening, November 7th.  

In addition to helping us raise funds, there are a couple of other ways your donation can benefit you and the organization. The auction format allows us to showcase our donors during the conference providing the opportunity for industry-wide exposure. Another added advantage of this program is that it allows our members who win auction packages to gain first-hand experiences at destinations within our industry. 

To help us package, promote, and earn the maximum value from your donation, we ask that you consider enhancing your package by including additional resort amenities or activities, as available. To submit your donation, please complete the attached donation form and submit it to [email protected].

Your donation is greatly appreciated. The support of our membership means a lot to us as we strive to continually grow RCRA and provide exceptional experiences for our members. We hope to see you at National Conference! 

This year's Presidents' Social theme has been updated to By the Sea! Come dressed to impress at this FUN evening social. We are sure it will be a swimmingly good time!

We will be featuring our Lucky Logo drawing throughout the evening and are accepting donations at this time. Feel free to bring donated items with you and drop off at the registration desk when you check in.
