On May 11th our team was out at the Animal Defense helping with clean up. We had fun helping out in keeping their landscaping clean and beautiful because you know Realtors, we're all about that curb appeal! TKS also recently donated over $2000 to the San Antonio Children's Shelter at a May 9th Keller Williams Legacy fundraiser. A portion of all our team sales also helps support many other local and national non-profit organizations.

Credit Scores on the Rise!
|
Experian, Equifax and TransUnion will be removing certain tax liens and civil judgments from credit reports July 1st. Omitting this data will help to improve over 12 million consumer credit reports and of those, 11 million will see an average increase of 20 points while 700,000 will see a bump of about 40 points.
