The AutonomouStuff team is hard at work preparing for a very eventful CES 2018! AStuff vehicles/products will be featured throughout Las Vegas, January 9-12. This is one of our favorite events of the year and we have plans to do it right!

Velodyne LiDAR's ULTRA Puck™ VLP-32C
is the newest long-range LiDAR sensor in its product portfolio, which combines best-in-class performance with a small form factor. It is a high-resolution LiDAR sensor that is cost-effective when compared to similar performance sensors but developed with automotive applications in mind. The VLP-32C retains the innovative breakthroughs in 3D LiDAR such as 360° surround view along with real-time 3D data that includes distance and calibrated reflectivity measurements along with rotational angles.

New: Allied Vision Mako G-319C
|
|
Mako G-319C is a GigE machine vision camera that incorporates the high quality Type 1/1.8 (8.9 mm diagonal) Sony IMX265 CMOS sensor with Pregius global shutter. At full resolution, this camera runs 37.5 frames per second. With a smaller region of interest, higher frame rates are possible. Mako G cameras have an ultra-compact form factor and the same mounting positions as many analog cameras. All models include Power over Ethernet (PoE), three opto-isolated outputs, and a 64 MByte image buffer. The image quality profits from the precisely aligned sensor. ROS drivers available.

There are many amazing, unique individuals who make up our AStuff team. This month, we'd like to introduce you to one of our Inside Sales Representatives, Riki Lee! Riki has been with our team for about a year and we can't imagine a day without her!

Our fearless leader, Bobby Hambrick, was proud to be a part of NVIDIA's GTC Japan earlier this month. At the event, he had the chance to check out some of the latest and greatest in automated technology. He even shared some of his wisdom, providing a presentation to a crowd of hundreds of people.
