2024 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR

NEW! Beginning this year, we will be selecting regional REALTOR® of the Year recipients from each area: Western, Central, Eastern, Omaha, and Lincoln Regions. That Regional ROTY will be awarded mileage reimbursement, or one night’s hotel stay at Convention and will be recognized at the Grand Luncheon during Convention.

The deadline to apply is December 31.

APPLY NOW FOR THE 2025 ROOKIE SCHOLARSHIP

Each year, we offer 10 Rookie Scholarships for the GRI Rookie Training Class. Agents will receive in-depth information and hands-on training regarding the listing, selling, marketing of property and management of a real estate career.

The deadline to apply is December 31.

CHRISTIE BEVINGTON GRI SCHOLARSHIP

This scholarship covers the cost of the six required GRI classes, totaling $1,394.00. Each class is priced at $249.00, except for Rookie Training/GRI 101, which is $149.00. Eligible applicants must be new to the GRI program and been licensed for less than five years.

The deadline to apply is December 31.

Every member of Congress is assigned a REALTOR® to be their Federal Political Coordinator (FPC). FPCs are a specially selected group of REALTORS® who are the voice and face of real estate to our federal lawmakers and play a pivotal role in REALTOR® Party Outreach. 

Nebraska REALTORS® Association is looking for a REALTOR® with an established relationship with Senator Pete Ricketts. Interested in serving as Rickett's FPC? Fill out the application below. Applications are due by Friday, December 20.

In addition to regular contact with the assigned Member of Congress, there are several specific tasks that are required to fulfill the role of FPC.

• Respond to all NAR Calls for Action
• Advocate on behalf of all REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Party
• Participate in in-person or online training as required
• Assist with the delivery of all RPAC investments to their assigned member of Congress
• Attend each annual REALTORS® Legislative Meetings & Trade Expo in Washington, D.C.

The State Political Coordinator (SPC) Program is a foundational component of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association’s coordinated legislative grassroots advocacy efforts. Please note an SPC does not need to be a constituent of the elected official; however, it is preferred. 

An NE-RPAC Trustee has resigned from their position with one year of their term remaining. Applications are now being sought for an Omaha Region REALTOR® to fill the remainder of their term.

The NE-RPAC Board of Trustees is the group that decides which candidates are supported with RPAC funds at the state level. Trustees serve three-year terms and are eligible to serve up to two successive terms. Should a member be appointed to the board of Trustees to fill a vacancy of an unexpired term, that appointment will not be construed as one of the Trustee's two consecutive full three-year terms.Please review the responsibilities of an RPAC Trustee prior to submitting an application. 

Interviews will be held during Political Action Days on Tuesday, January 28th at Innovation Campus, Lincoln. Applicants must be able to attend the interviews to be considered for the position.
