YPN TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Nebraska REALTORS® YPN will award one (1) first time conference attendee scholarship for the Nebraska State REALTOR® Convention in La Vista, Nebraska on April 8th-10th, 2024. The purpose behind this scholarship is to encourage new agents (future leaders) within the local and state associations to attend Convention. It will be a great way to connect the recipient with other like-minded professionals to help you start your own local YPN or experience the value of networking at our conventions.

The deadline to apply is January 15, 2024

NOW ACCEPTING REALTOR® OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS

The purpose of this award is to select the REALTOR® who has contributed the most to the advancement of the real estate profession and to his/her community; to recognize that REALTOR® for effort and work expended in the interest of his/her Board; to demonstrate to the public the place of the REALTOR® in the community; and to call attention to the qualifications of these REALTORS® for positions of leadership in business and organizations.

Rookie Training gives agents in-depth information and hands on training regarding the listing, selling, marketing of property and management of a real estate career. 

The deadline to apply is February 1, 2024. 

HBAF MY1STHOME GRANT

The Home Buyer's Assistance Foundation (HBAF) awards $250.00 grants to qualified first-time homebuyers who have prepared themselves for homeownership by taking an approved homebuyers education class, worked with a REALTOR® and are purchasing a home of $230,000.00 or less.

APPLY NOW FOR THE CHRISTIE BEVINGTON GRI SCHOLARSHIP

All GRI classes are $249.00 each except for Rookie Training/ GRI 101 which is $199.00. Eligible applicants must be just starting the GRI program and less than five years of being licensed. Recipient will be reimbursed after completion of all 6 classes.
