We celebrated good people with good ideas creating community impact at the sixth annual Celebration of Community on November 14 at the African American Museum of Iowa. Nonprofit Leadership Excellence Award Honors Brian Stutzman  
Twenty-nine area nonprofit leaders collaborated to nominate former YPN Executive Director Brian Stutzman for the 2018 Nonprofit Leadership Excellence Award. Brian died unexpectedly in July 2018. YPN staff and board, family, and friends honored Brian's contribution to the nonprofit sector over the past two decades at the Celebration of Community on November 14. Erin Kurt Receives Minnie Rubek Staff Excellence Award
The 2019 Minnie Rubek Staff Excellence Award was presented to Erin Kurt, Vice President of District Operations at Junior Achievement. Erin was nominated for her dedication to the work and success of Junior Achievement, along with her community involvement. Congratulations, Erin!
