Food Explorers invites students in Grades 2–5 to a hands-on culinary adventure on Mondays from 5:30–6:30 PM, February 2–March 2. In Session #1: Desserts Around the World, young chefs will explore flavors and treats from across the globe, no passport required! Participants will learn basic baking techniques, experiment with new ingredients, and create delicious recipes like Black Forest Cupcakes, Banoffee Pies, Scotch Pancakes, and Mini Matcha Donuts. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian (containing dairy, eggs, and gluten). This program encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration through sensory-rich experiences, hands-on learning, and our unique “food neutral” approach, giving kids the freedom to explore and build confidence in the kitchen. The program fee is $80 per child, and all materials are provided. Learn more about this exciting new program here. |
