Featured Property- HADCO Business Park II

HADCO is working to extend utilities to the north side (Phase II) of the HADCO Business Park.  HADCO has received approval from the State of West Virginia Office of Environmental Services to install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8” sewer line and necessary manholes with connection to the existing Pea Ridge PSD sewage system. The project will also involve installing approximately 2,200 linear feet of 8” water line with service provided by West Virginia American Water Company. HADCO is also working with Mountaineer Gas Company to extend its existing natural gas main. Bids were advertised in local newspapers and a bid opening was held on December 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Thrasher Engineering, Northgate Business Park located at 300 Association Drive, Charleston, WV. Construction is expected to get underway in early 2018.
