Reflecting, Learning, and Looking Ahead

We recently hosted our 30th Annual Training Conference with more than 50 McCammon Neutrals attending in-person and many others participating asynchronously. We were inspired by thought-provoking sessions with leading voices in the ADR community.

Our colleagues, Mark Rubin and Barbara Hulburt, led a thoughtful session reflecting on three decades of lessons learned, best practices and the lasting impact of our work on both ourselves, our lawyer customers, the parties and society at large.

Looking ahead, we were inspired by thought-provoking sessions with leading voices in alternative dispute resolution. Colin Rule, a pioneering expert in online dispute resolution and AI, offered insights into the intersection of technology and ADR. McCammon Neutral, James Barkley, guided us through the “next chapter” in mediation, highlighting the shifting expectations of attorneys and parties in today’s evolving landscape.

In addition to the planned sessions, our Neutrals had the opportunity to mentor one another and share the wisdom of their respective experiences thus building on 30 years and over 32,000 cases. As we look to the future, our commitment remains steadfast, to continuously refine our skills and approaches so we can provide you with the very best in ADR services.
