MAPPING MADNESS | TU Updates Official Campus Map

Campus Map & Directions - Tiffin University

We are pleased to report that TU has officially updated its campus map to reflect the many wonderful new additions to our space, moved offices, etc. Click the link below to check it out and for a full virtual tour of our wonderful University!

Last week, a bench dedication ceremony was held in honor of the Bock-Loy family, who made the purchase in honor their late matriarch, Bernice Bock. Bernice and her daughter, Kathy Loy are both TU graduates. Kathy and her daughter, Amber organized the event. It just so happens that Amber is a TU alumna as well! That makes 3 generations of Dragon Women in one family. There's no better way to ensure their legacy lives on for decades to come!

A tree dedication ceremony was recently held for the late Keith Haley, former TU professor and cherished community member. Professor Haley taught with the School of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences for many years prior to his retirement, and spent several years after remaining actively engaged in the Tiffin Community. Members of his family as well as many former friends were in attendance.

As new office landline phones are being installed all across campus, TU's ITS Department would like to share the user manual for this new type of phone with you all (see below). Some important features to be aware of include:

To access missed, received, or placed calls, press the directories button on the bottom right side of your phone.

To set up or check your voicemail, select the messages button then enter your pin when prompted.

SAVE THE DATE |Community Meeting & Staff / Faculty Dinner

Please mark your calendars for the fall TU Community Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday August 17, 2022, beginning with a light breakfast at 7:30 am and beginning promptly at 8 am and adjourning by 9:30 am. As you know, this meeting kicks off the 2022-2023 academic year, and President Schumacher considers it a mandatory meeting for all TU Staff and Faculty members.

Later that evening, President Schumacher will host the annual Staff and Faculty Dinner beginning at 5:30 pm. All Staff, faculty and their spouses/significant others are invited to attend this dinner. This year, the dinner will be held at The Wall Street Pub & Grille. The Pub will be closed to the community for this private University event.
