With the start of a New Year comes the list of new resolutions for the year, the excitement of new adventures, new opportunities and new relationships await all of us.
Having just returned from a magnificent trip to Iceland has given me a new perspective: Life is too short and we must take advantage of every single day and do what we love the most. And that is my number one resolution for the New Year... to continue building on current relationships as well as creating new ones. The pleasure of assisting my clients with one of their most precious assets, their home, continues to fill me with joy and satisfaction.

We proudly donate a portion of our income from real estate sales to both organizations.
As you probably know Special Olympics has impacted the lives of its athletes in profound ways, most notably in building self confidence, friendships and self-esteem.
In 2019 The GTHS rescued 1,500 animals, performed 850 surgeries and saw 1,300 animals find new and loving forever homes

For the Western District of South Georgian Bay which covers Wasaga Beach to Meaford sales are up for the month of December 2019 over the same month last year 11.3%. Year to date sales are up 10.6%
Average price is up 20% to $595,000 for the month of December. For the year the average price is up 10% over last year to $548,373
