We are looking forward to the upcoming 2023-2024 Season of the Arizona Speaker Series, featuring another outstanding lineup of some of the most accomplished, noteworthy, and topical individuals!

For the upcoming 2023-2024 Season, we are again utilizing our custom ticketing platform called "AZ Account Manager Portal", which makes it very convenient and easy to access and manage your season tickets. For returning members, this is the same platform we have used for the past two seasons.

AZ Account Manager Portal is custom built for us on the Ticketmaster software backend. However, it is our own unique platform URL and not regular Ticketmaster - you will not access your season tickets through the regular Ticketmaster site or app.

How to Access and Manage Your Season Tickets

Here are the instructions to log into your account in the AZ Account Manager Portal and access your tickets.

Please note that you will need to use the email associated with your account, which is: 

1. Go to the Arizona Series Members Portal here: https://am.ticketmaster.com/esg/

This is the same site you logged into recently to renew your subscription.

We highly recommend you save this URL as it is how you will access your tickets this season. Note that this is the AZ Series Members Portal, which was built for the Series by Ticketmaster, but it is not the normal Ticketmaster website.

2. On the upper-right of the home page, click “Sign In”. This will generate a pop-up window.

3. Enter the email address you are receiving this email at, which is the email listed under your account, .

*If you already have a Ticketmaster account, the same login credentials will also work for the AZ Series Members portal. If you forgot your password, click “reset it” to generate a password reset email (which will go to your email).

4. Once you are logged into your account home page, click on “My Events” to view and manage your season tickets.

5. To manage your tickets, select each event individually. From here you can transfer tickets to other seatholders or add them to your mobile wallet.

Important:

• Upon arrival at Arizona Financial Theatre for the events, you need to be logged into the AZ Members Portal on a mobile device in order to display and scan in with your electronic season tickets.

• To view your paid invoice or obtain a receipt for your 2023-2024 Season tickets, go to "Invoices" and click "Paid"

• Zoom Broadcast Option for 2023-2024: Ticketed subscribers also have the option of attending any of the seven 2023-2024 Season events virtually via live Zoom broadcast in lieu of attending physically in-theater in their seats. Starting this 2023-2024 Season, there is a $20 charge per event per Zoom link to opt-into the live Zoom broadcast of any event, which you can elect to do on an event by event basis as needed.



• As always, the Zoom attendance option is only available to ticketed members - there is not a Zoom only ticket option. We will send out instructions on how to opt-into the Zoom broadcast for events, and pay the $20 fee, closer to the season start and well in advance of the first event.

Season Parking Pass

If you have not yet purchased a Season Parking Pass for the 2023-2024 Season and would like to do so, please Click Here.

This pass grants you access to the parking garage for each of the seven in-theater events of the 2023-2024 Season of the Series. Once purchased, all you will have to do is provide your name to the attendant upon entering the garage each evening. 

Note: Arizona Speaker Series does not receive any revenue from parking pass sales - all proceeds go directly to Arizona Financial Theatre and the garage. We are offering this option as a courtesy based on the number of requests we have received.
