The digital booth profile system was new in 2024 so review the steps and log in to update your profile ASAP.

Dakotafest Exhibitor Manual

The Dakotafest Exhibitor Manual is your essential planning tool to navigate show rules and regulations.


Please download and read through the manual. You'll find the wristband and forklifting procedures, shipping guidelines, booth set-up/tear-down instructions and deadlines.

 

Save valuable time and money by paying close attention to details and deadlines. Be sure to share this manual with the staff working on site as well.

Update Your Product Categories & Digital Booth Profile

We have upgraded our digital booth technology to make it easier for you to upload your company information and apply a branded wallpaper on the digital floor plan and easier for our attendees to access that information on Dakotafest.com. Welcome to 3e from EXPOCAD!


It is also important for exhibitors to update their digital profiles because the category information you provide will list your company in more than one place in the printed show program!


Follow the instructions below or click through to our helpful tutorial and be able to easily log in to your online account.


Category and company detail updates are due by June 27, 2025 to ensure accuracy in the show program.

  1. Check Your Email and Confirm via the Link Provided*
  2. Set a Password and Enter your Dashboard
  3. Update your Company’s Details and Information
  4. Review your Digital Booth and Make Necessary Updates
  5. See How Many Visits your Booth Receives

*If you don’t see the email from "Dakotafest ", be sure you are designated as the primary contact for your company. If you are not, the person designated as the primary contact, likely received the email. If you are unable to track it down or you’d like your email added as admin, please contact IDEAg@IDEAgGroup.com to let us know. 

What Products Are You Featuring?

As we prepare our promotional plan for the show we’re wondering: What featured or new products will be on display in your exhibit that we could share with prospective attendees?


Did you know 74% of Dakotafest attendees visit the show to learn about new products and connect with exhibitors? Use this opportunity to help drive attendees to the show to see your products!


If you want to see your product used in some of our show promotions, please answer the questions and submit an image or video through our online form at the link below.


There is no charge or associated fee to participate in this program; however, based on space available, we cannot guarantee your product will be selected for use in promotion. If selected to appear in show marketing, we will contact you to confirm and finalize details in the use of product names and images.
