WHAT'S NEW THIS WEEK

  • John and Jen will not be at the club this week. In a related development, a pig was seen flying past the blue moon while Satan's minions were seen skiing in Hell. I know! Crazy right?
  • Monday morning Power Yoga cancelled the week.
  • Monday morning the 9:30 class will be BodyCombat with Janine.
  • Tuesday 5:30 Class will be BodyAttack with Zack.
  • Wednesday morning Pilates will be taught by Emile in Studio One.
  • Wednesday 9:30 BodyCombat is cancelled.
  • Wednesday morning SilverSneakers is cancelled.
  • Wednesday Evening cycle will be taught by Emile.
  • Thursday Yin Yoga will be taught by Nadine.

OCR World Championships


Coach Val will be teaching all Karate, Parkour and OCR classes on Thursday and Saturday while Coaches Kevin and Bob compete in the Obstacle Course World Championships at Stratton Mountain Vermont.

The Challenge is simple: Get as many members as possible to row as many meters as they can from September 15 - October 15.


We’re looking for a few (well...actually hundreds of them) good men and women to join us in our quest to compete in the 2022 Concept 2 Fall Team Challenge. 


That’s right... We’re competing against all the rowing centers around the world to see who can churn out the most meters in 30 days. And our secret weapon is YOU! That’s right... YOU. Why you? Because if we can get you, and every other you that takes classes, lifts weights or does other cardio to simply spend a few minutes rowing before, during or after each workout, we can pile up a huge amount of meters. 

You don’t need to be a good rower. In fact, you don’t need any rowing experience at all. All you need is the willingness to spend a little ( or a lot ) of your time at the club on a rowing machine. Not only will you get a great total body workout, you’ll also feel the pride of being part of a winning team! Everyone that rows at least 100,000 meters or 200,000 meters will receive a special certificate of completion. 


You must have a Concept 2 online logbook to participate. Don't worry. It's quick, easy and free to register. If you aren't already registered, visit the Concept 2 website and click "Sign Up" at the top of the page create your account and join the Final Results Fitness team and join the FTC challenge.


Register as soon as you can and definitely register before September 30th. If you don't register and join Team Final Results Fitness by September 30th, your meters will not count for the challenge. You can log any meters rowed between September 15 and October 15. Deadline for entering meters online is October 18th at 11:59pm.
