Services
:  Life/Career Reinvention Coaching / Strategic Planning / Board Development /  Healthcare / Management Consulting / Public Relations / Meeting Facilitation / Leadership / Productivity.

Clients are from throughout the US and are individuals in transition because of divorce, career change, empty nest, relocation, or leaders at small to mid-size corporations or non-profits who seek a new direction. What keeps them up at night is not having a vision or strategy to move them forward. They see the future very much like the present +/- 10% and know what that has cost them in growth, income and fulfillment. They are working hard but not smart because there is a lack of vision, goals, accountability or good work/life balance in place to produce exceptional results. So bureaucracy, personal agendas and cynicism have grabbed hold when what they want is rekindled passion to be their best or create the best product or service in their industry at a rate of high performers who are fulfilled by a lifestyle friendly business.

Greetings!

You are moving on to a new place in your life. There is no room for paralyzing fear there. You are beginning to understand where your fears come from and how they affect your life. This exercise will help you drill down to the basic levels of your motivations. Once you understand the motivation of your habits, you will be able to identify and halt the pattern before it envelopes you with a freezing grip.

Print this email and answer the following questions in writing or copy into a Word document and keep the answers on file where you can reflect on them over time.  My clients do this and uncover answers that have kept them stuck for years.  You will be amazed at the discovery.  You have the power to unleash your own fulfillment in glory. Go for it!

1. Fear means to me that...

2. Fear shows up in my daily life in these ways...

3. For me the color and shape and smell of fear are...

4. In me fear manifests itself by...

5. When I choose fear in my life...

6. What disappoints me more than anything?

7. What am I expecting that is just me wanting to control out of fear?

Identifying fears and coexisting with them is essential to moving beyond the "stuck" aspects of your life. Letting go of fear, expectations and disappointments frees you from the "Victim" mentality and moves you into being a creator of your own destiny.

To continue the fear resolution conversation, do the exercise in Mary Lee's article The Feeling You're Afraid to Feel is Running Your Life.
